Let's start with the location. The location is in the most central part of Ljubljana, right in bustling street, opposite of National Bank of Slovenia, famous stores like Zara, Mango, small shopping mall ''NAMA'', restaurants and etc. Absolutely convenient. At the ground floor of the hotel there is lounge bar Zvezda which immediately became our favorite spot for drinking coffee and having a delicious dessert. The reception is looking really modern and stylish and you can also store your luggage with a tag number which was super convenient for us. I can say with full confidence that Slon offers one of the best breakfasts in the hotel that I have ever experienced. Large variety of savory and sweet options which are constantly replenished by the staff.

The room was spacious and comfortable, a good place to return to The hotel is in a perfect location for all attractions and within easy reach of the railway station The choice and quality of the breakfast was excellent. Service was calmly efficient, as elsewhere in the hotel. Friendly and helpful

The hotel is in a very central location and within walking distance to all the main attractions in Ljubljana. The breakfast was extensive, with a great variety to choose from, and the breakfast area was very spacious. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you could need for a short stay.

Excellent location and great breakfast with a large variety of different options. The hotel has 2 saunas and a gym which are quite relaxing & quiet. The staff was friendly & helpful.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, near historical sites, stores and places to go out eat or drink. Breakfast was diverse and good quality. The mini bar was plentiful and all that you should know about the room and stay was written on various fliers and posters in the room and halls.

Location is absolutely top (3min walk to Preseren square but also close to Tivoli and outer part of city centre). Breakfast has a really, really wide range of food offered. Hotel has very nice interior and we did like the story of hotel (Elephant keep taking care of us on further travel ;)) Bed was super comfy!

The hotel was amazing. Really cozy and big room, clean, room cleaning done so well. Bed was wonderful, and also a big tv for watching movies when it was raining outside. We are vegans and breakfast was really wonderful and there were cooked options for us like mushrooms and kidney beans, which tasted amazing. Also gluten free bread, really nice teas, and a lot of options for fruit and salads. The staff was so nice and welcoming too. We also discovered at reception that there was a spa at the hotel, which was a great experience too.

The room was large and comfy, equipped with a good brand of bottled water, teas, and electric kettle. I really appreciated this. The view of the central area of Ljubljana from my hotel room was also nice (see my comments below about the noise though).
